Is Exploding Kittens: The Board Game worth buying?

Exploding Kittens: The Board Game is a fantastic new entry to the Exploding Kittens world, combining the chaos of all the Exploding Kittens entries, with a simple board game element of getting your kitten from beginning to end. It does add a fun new element, called flipping the board, which happens seamlessly through the game!
The party style board game is for 2-6 players, and is designed to be highly chaotic and competitive. You each have a kitten, that you move through the board by pulling move discs from the move deck, those discs will tell you what to do, most are just, move x places, but some have additional actions on them too. The game is incredibly easy to learn, and requires very little set up, making it suitable for all ages, and casual gaming settings.
The competitive aspect of the Exploding Kittens: The Board Game, much akin to previous iterations of Exploding Kittens, are the action cards. You can play as many action cards as you have in your turn, and each and every one does something mad or chaotic to either yourself, the other players, or even both! And of course, the fabled 'Nope' card makes it's return, for when you really don't want another player to ruin your run of good luck!
Exploding Kittens: The Board Game is, at it's heart, a game that has a lot of luck within it, which may be a bit of a turn off for more strategic focused board gamers. However I do find the psychological aspects, and the brutal competition with some of the action cards to really help hide that fact. The simplicity of the game, combined with the replayability and nuance of player personalities and action card draws really is it's strongest suit, making the game perfect to be pulled out on a family game night, or a casual get together.
Pros:
Easy to learn, quick to play.
Fantastic Artwork and Sense of Humour much akin to earlier Exploding Kittens games.
Very suited to being pulled out at a party, or a family Gathering.
Great replay value with lots of friendly (ish?) competition.
Cons:
Serious gamers might find the game a little to simple for their liking.
Card draw chance often leads to luck based outcomes
