We are only the third local games store in the world and the only store in southern England to be granted an exclusive submission status with ACE grading.

Card Intake & Organization

Secure intake of your cards with detailed tracking throughout the process.

Pre-Submission Inspection

We are happy to offer our advice with a visual assessment for centering, corners, edges, and surface to help you decide which cards are worth grading. (we cant offer opinions on the grade it may acheive, we just offer advice)

Proper Card Preparation & Packaging

Cards are sleeved then placed in semi-rigid holders according to ACE guidelines and packed safely and securely for dispatch.

Submission Handling

We complete all paperwork, submit under our account, and manage communication with ACE.

Return Handling & Quality Check

Once graded, cards are inspected, logged, and safely returned to store for you.

Return Shipping: Inclusive

Any Potentail Up Charges: Cards of high value and grading may potentially attract an 'Up Charge' fee, we cover all additional fees and charges that may be incurred.

Turnaround Time

Submissions must be made before the end of the month, we then bulk submit on the 1st with the graded cards returned to us for our brand new monthly grading party on the last saturday of the month where you will be able to pick up your cards and show them to us and the others that submitted alongside you!

If you wish to submit directly to ACE, you can use code snapsgames and save 5% on the cost to submit!

Important Notes

Grading outcomes are determined solely by ACE.

We are not responsible for ACE-assigned grades.

Important Note for distance orders:

You will receive an empty mailer in the post with instructions on how to package your card(s). Once you rerurn the cards to us, we will log them, repackage them and send them off for grading. We will arrange for Ace to deliver them straight back to you once the grading is complete.
