In this edition, Properties become vibrant locations to explore, and Poké Balls replace Monopoly money. Take control of locations from forests to cities to gyms, catch different types of wild Pokémon to fill your tracker mat, and battle rival Trainers to win their Poké Balls. Land on a location another player controls and you can either explore it or battle its owner to try and take that territory for yourself.

Adventure cards can help you grab locations from rivals or collect more Pokémon, while Challenge cards spark Trainer battles or give you an edge. The first Trainer to complete their tracker mat with one of each Pokémon type, or the last Trainer with Poké Balls left, wins.
