Axolotls are one of the cutest creatures on the planet, and with Pets Alive Swimming Axolotl kids can have one of their own, no tank required. Simply place it in water to start and dry it off to stop. Once it's in the water, the axolotl swims and wiggles realistically in up to 5 directions, darting, turning and exploring like the real thing.
It's the perfect companion for bath time, paddling pools, sinks and water play. A built-in power-saving mode kicks in after 4 minutes of use to help the batteries last longer, and the 2 x LR44 batteries are included and replaceable.
Series 1 comes in two colours to collect: pink and teal. Each axolotl is supplied at random, so the colour can't be chosen, and every pack includes a collector's guide. At pocket-money price, it makes a brilliant stocking filler, party bag treat, reward or small gift for animal lovers.
